Synge is amazing. I remember the day I discovered him... I was cloistered in one of the upper floors of the U. library. I read some critical reference to Riders to the Sea. I found a copy of the play, read it, and was instantly hooked. I have been considering a blog entry about him for some time. Stay tuned.
